The SanStand was born via a collaboration between Medworx and the Head of Infection Control at University Hospitals of Dorset NHS Foundation.

Produced to offer a more hygienic solution than the current options offered on their sites, by using a gravity fed mask distributor and automatic sanitiser dispenser to limit the risk of infection to staff and vistors.

Since its roll out in 2020 several further NHS Trusts and private sector businesses have implemented the units on their sites which is testament to not only the quality of the unit but also its practicality

Technical Specification

Materials:

• Steel box section legs and support structure to reverse with end caps.
• 4mm Aluboard main panel and dual sided aluminium panel.
• UV digital print – resistant to wear from cleaning products over time.

• Free-standing unit with locking castors, allowing it to be wheeled anywhere.
• Automatic, contactless sanitisation.
• Mask dispenser for 3-ply paper face masks (holds around 350 masks, gravity fed)

• Magentic front panel: Slides outwards to make restocking quick and simple.
